Megadyne has disrupted the high-performance synchronous belt market with the launch of its MEGASYNC™ TITANIUM series, a product that redefines the limits of power density and structural stability. At the core of this innovation is a 100% carbon fiber tensile cord, which guarantees exceptional dimensional stability with zero stretch under both static and dynamic conditions. This eliminates the need for frequent retensioning, offering a truly maintenance-free solution.
The belt body is constructed from hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), a unique cross-linked polymer that provides superior tooth stiffness and outstanding resistance to flex fatigue. To further enhance performance, the tooth surface is bonded with a high-performance special fabric and a self-lubricating film. This combination not only increases torque capacity and shear resistance but also reduces friction, minimizes pulley wear, and provides anti-static properties.
Operating seamlessly in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 140°C, the Titanium series is ideally suited for demanding logistics, HVAC, and heavy industrial handling applications, offering a compact, high-power alternative to traditional chains and gears.
