Megaflex endless timing belts are constructed from thermoplastic polyurethane plus continuous helical steel tensile cords. They deliver premium transmission performance and high load-bearing capacity, ideal for high-speed, heavy-duty power transmission and conveying applications (max rotational speed up to 10000 RPM). Tooth-face canvas cladding can be fitted to boost transmission efficiency while cutting operating noise and friction coefficient. Custom specialty back coatings upgrade corrosion resistance and overall load capacity. Manufactured as truly seamless endless belts, Megaflex achieves outstanding transmission performance.

• 1. Belt Body: White thermoplastic PU rated 92 Shore A with exceptional abrasion resistance, stable performance persists under recurring impact and dynamic shock loads.
• 2. Reinforcement Cords: Galvanized helical steel cords with high tensile strength and low elongation; alternate cord material selections include Kevlar, stainless steel, HF, HP, HPF variants.
