MEGALINEAR QST

Megadyne expands its polyurethane product portfolio with the newly engineered MEGALINEAR Quiet Self Track (QST), a low-noise self-aligning timing belt. It enables consistent precise meshing with pulleys and delivers notable noise reduction over conventional trapezoidal and curvilinear tooth profiles. Built-in self-tracking capability removes the requirement for flanged pulleys during installation.

Features

MEGALINEAR QST employs a helical tooth profile to suppress operational noise and achieve quieter operation compared with conventional timing belts.
Symmetric helical teeth on both sides constrain the belt to remain centered on QST pulleys and prevent sideways offset, supporting high-precision linear positioning. Its native self-tracking design removes reliance on flanged pulleys.
